Rob joined KJS Construction, LLC in 2020. Rob grew up in the construction trade and has been a long time friend of Kevin & Joy. He brings years of experience in the construction trade and is a great asset to the company.

Kyle joined KJS Construction, LLC in 2022. He brings years of experience in the construction trade and is a great asset to the company.
Joy Steltenpohl
Owner
Joy is the wife of Kevin, and is an integral part in the business' daily financial operations.
Kayla Steltenpohl
Architect Major
Kayla is the daughter of Kevin and Joy and has grown up in the construction trade with the family business. She is currently attending UW-Milwaukee as an Architect Major. When not in school Kayla assists the company by designing plans, marketing, administrative duties and working on jobsites.
Shawn Steltenpohl
Student
Shawn is the son of Kevin and Joy and has grown up in the construction trade with the family business. He is currently attending Grafton High School and working at Home Town Car Care in Cedarburg under the apprenticeship program. After high school, Shawn plans to attend Fox Valley Technical College in their automotive program. When not in school or learning his future trade, Shawn assists the company by working on jobsites, picking up and delivering supplies and the occasional vehicle maintenance on the company vehicles.
